[MilCom] JSTARS to fly tonight

It is Thur, 10:15pm EDT (0215z).
  JSTARS 03/Wizard will be flying tonight. They would be up  already except 
for a tanker delay.  They are planning on a delay  (orbit?) over Webb 
Field/Texarkana RAP, AR; could be that they will AAR there or  just do some testing 
there.
  I am hearing comms from both the flight crew (JSTARS  03) and mission crew 
(WIZARD) on the ground now on 275.2 and  231.75. They will not be using Satcom 
tonight.  
  I will post a heads-up as soon as they are off the ground.
