Detailed reports over here in UK that surveillance has been in place for
more than 6 months, here, in Pakistan and in USA, but mostly here and
Pakistan. It didn't leak, even though there are reports that it was known
about by members of the public after they reported suspicious activity -
police asked them to keep quiet because police already knew. There are
indications that 7/7 last year in London alerted the watchers here to the
profiles of the people they should be looking for, and another report that
USA found this cell first, so we await developments.

Relevant to another thread, remember in UK we have law that says you should
not, for example, pass on info about radio reception of signals that you are
not authorised to listen to. But then we don't have a part-time military
anywhere near as big as that useful institution the National Guard.
