Try these: 36.80 (NFM), 38.95 (NFM), 41.90 (NFM), 233.15 (AM), 252.4 (AM).
It's also possible that 122.75, 123.45, or 122.9 might be used. Those
hobbyists with "signal stalker"/"close capture" scanners might find the
active freqs quicker!

Also last years notes from a monitoring hobbyist indicate that:
49.7 (NFM) & 142.1 (AM) were being used as an air/air comm frequency (so
you might want to search138-144 mhz)

Check out the information on observation/parachute landing site:
http://www.riguard.com/modules.php?name=News&file=categories&op=newindex&catid=6
Activities start Saturday 8/12/06 0800 hrs to 1500 hrs local
UH60's & CH47's are used for the drops in lieu of C130's
