11:58AM Local - Sounds like some refuelling activity in the near future.
STEEL 11 (KC-135R, 171st ARW, Pittsburgh)came up on 352.60 (AR220 Primary)
then switched to 121.20 and notified Cleveland Center that they are a flight
of two in non standard formation and will be working with a LIFTER-39.
LIFTER is probably a C-17 from the 437th AMW out of Charleston, SC.  STEEL
tankers are also air to air on 293.70.
