[MilCom] USS Eisenhower acft working again

It is 1:19pm EDT (1719z).
    USS Eisenhower is down near Port Everglades.  Some  of her aircraft are 
working today.
    "Frontier 15" is an E-2C controlling acft.  He has  been up with "India 
Papa" (USS Eisenhower Strike Warfare Commander) on 254.525  inquiring about the 
arrival of "Rattler 21" and "Rattler 22."
    "Frontier 15" has also been up with "India Zulu" (USS  Eisenhower Sea 
Combat Commander) on 296.875, and he identified to India Zulu the  vessel 
"Elcusca," with dry cargo.
    "Frontier 15" has also been up with "Texaco 15" on  296.875.
