[MilCom] Harriers in Savannah

I'm not sure whether they'll stick around for the weekend, but
AV-8B Harriers from VMA-231 worked at Townsend Range
last night from 9:45 pm to 11pm and returned to Savannah IAP
afterwards.  They were using 236.700 and 363.300 for air-to-air
frequencies and operated on these air traffic control and range
frequencies:

257.800     Savannah IAP Tower
380.025     Savannah Approach/Departure
387.100     Savannah Approach/Departure
282.200     Jacksonville Center, Brunswick
228.400     Townsend Range Control
