[MilCom] TREND 11-16

I had a flight using 1X numbers doing a refueling on 396.2 from 18:59
- 19:26z. Much of it was weak barely readable here, and I heard
nothing on any Chicago & Minn. Center UHF ATC freqs I usually monitor.
I didn't start monitoring VHF ATC. I thought they were going to
"Fargo, then direct Buckley". Don't know if this helps, Rene.
