REACH 111 came to you from Germany, Sandy. I  heard him call North Island NAS 
Base Ops and inquire if he needed Customs  & Ag ("negative").  
 
Hopefully Chris D snagged some SBS info from  the bird and it will help us 
deduce who he was.
