I tuned to 4724 at 0525 and heard INTERNAL and SPELL OUT broadcasting
EAMs at the same time, covered by a Link 11 signal.

Today at 0050z SMUGGLER (?) on 4724 and 8992 5XSNUI, with three more to follows.
