   Since I didn't see an answer to your question - Yes - DeeCee 51 is a
Tanker.  DeeCee is used by the AF Reserve 756th ARS/ 459 ARW flying KC-125s
out of Andrews AFB, MD.  We haven't heard them do a lot of refueling in the
local area..

Starting About 9:25 picked up a group of three transitioning through the
area, sounds like they have a block from 16,000 up to 21,000.  Aircraft are
DEECEE 51, RAVEN 1 (MD ANG), AND SPORT 1 (MD ANG).  First contacted
Cleveland Center on 239.30 (ZOB - Morgantown) and switched to 257.975 (ZOB -
Belmont).  Is DEECEE 51 a refueller?
