Well flightaware.com does not track military aircraft at this time.
Since US civilian aircraft (and military contract aircraft) all have
tail numbers that start with "N", anyone just observing aircraft
at foreign airports would easily be able to identify a US
registered aircraft. I know at one local airport, that
caters to business aircraft, the security forces have always been
a bit paranoid when anyone stops next to that facilities fence line
area.
