[MilCom] KANZA 99 en route to MacDill, waivered for heavy landing

It is 9:23pm EDT (0123z)
    McConnell KC-135 tanker KANZA 99 sounds  disappointed. He is heading back 
to MacDill with no one to AAR. USS Ike acft  cancelled for the night due to 
wx.  His discussion with Sealord was heard  on 267.5. 
   Thereafter, KANZA 99 placed a call to superiors via phone  patch through 
MacDill's Lightning Ops on 311.0 and got permission  (waiver) to land with 
210,000 pounds of fuel. Might be harder to talk the  MacDill folks into it tho.
