Non-standard random AR.

Also I thought I heard DEUCE state to ATC that MOVER
was previously TANKER 03.

They finished up doing some "visual signals," which I
guess involves using the light arrays along bottom of
tanker.  The tanker would send a signal and the
receiver interpreted it.

Returned to WRI via usual HTO COYLE MANTA route.
