[MilCom] UNITED AIRLINES FLIGHT RETURNING TO ATLANTA

United airlines flight 1715 is returning to ATLANTA,it
is not an emergency yet,but the exhaust fans are not
working correctly and if both go out they could lose
the overhead displays and co-pilots displays.
They are suppose to go to BOISE,however they are not
comfortable with the way things are,they have talked
to maintanence and reset what they told them too,but
still did not correct the problem.All this was heard
on 129.5,UNITED DIspatch.
