 Just had this McConnell Tanker KANZA 94 pressed into CAP duty over Dulles 
area.
 He refueled a couple of the ARROW Eglin F-15's then landed Willow Grove NAS
with SHORTSTOP (Air Force Ops) at WG 351.7500.
 CAP having several problems today with Tanker shortage etc.Tanker 19 now on 
station.
