Finally got to listen to my recording file in the same day.
Have a dedicated BC-780XLT for milcom feeding audio to scanrec and 
channel info to ARC780.

3148 is a Chinook based at IA Army NG at Davenport Municipal Airport
Shop 3 is the IA Army NG Aviation Support Facility (DVN)

CAT 311 clg Guard OPS 15 minutes out

1158	277.7	(Scott Command Post)
Reach 8071 working Scott CP with traffic for McConnell AFB

1204	239.8	(Scott Meteo)
Reach 8071 requesting wx for McConnell AFB arrival in one hour

1443	252.1	(Grissom Command Post)
MASH 82 working Brickyard with after action refuelling report

IL ANG from Springfield in Howard MOA with Targeting Pod training.
Sounded like the City of Macomb,IL was destroyed,:)
Various freqs. used.

Also heard were
139.925 mainly pilot to pilot chatter

Also had I believe WI ANG was up or unless IL ANG had a flight headed 
north. I heard check ins with Chicago Center on 279.65 (Rockford) and 
281.4 (Dubuque) but never got any IDs.

Had a strong carrier on 36.700 (local and statewide IA Army avaiation 
frequency). I have 151.4 to use for the tone access so it not just 
spurious signal. maybe someone was working on the transmitter on one of 
the Chinooks at Davenport
