[MilCom] Volk CRTC Exercise April 10-21

Per Wisconsin's Dept of Military Affairs:

"The Wisconsin National Guard's Volk Field Combat Readiness Training
Center is hosting a major flying training exercise that will occur in
Volk Field airspace April 10-21, 2006.  Aircraft and personnel from
throughout the Midwest will either be deployed to Volk Field or will
fly from their home stations in support of this exercise."
