probably picking up cadets for parachute jumps.

refs to switching freq to SHOWBOAT (Unk). ((Probably Academy aircraft rather 
than C-17))
298.40:  REACH 313, (C-130), land Colorado Springs. Needs Customs. ((This 
acft, 
93-7313, used to be a Peterson bird. Was transferred to another unit in 
January of 2005 and haven't heard him since. Don't know where he went))
