My apologies to Larry.

I jumped to conclusions after doing a Google search for
TTFG Inc., in which it brought up TFI Inc. out of Austin, TX,
but doing a search on Flight Aware for N4491R, shows
owned by TTFG out of Grosse Ille, MI 29923 E River Rd, which
if you look at that location on Google Earth just shows a bunch
of houses and boat docks south of KONZ.  So I guess it's
still a mystery why a Cessna Skyhawk would be on UHF.
