[MilCom] CHATTANOOGA AREA

Anybody in Chattanooga area pay attention to ATC
freqs,apparently chattanoogas radar is down,aircraft
are being told to go to the ATC freqs.One aircraft
outbound just advised memphis ATC,they could not get
flight following out of chattanooga because of radar
problems.
