[MilCom] RAF OSCAR Flight over NE

12:50 - 13:15 CDT (17:50 Z)

241.0 - UNK heavy English accent chatting while passing through here.
I usually only follow Uniform ATC, which they were NOT using. Did not
work any Mil OPS or A/R Tracks/Anchors within 200+ miles of here that
I could tell, so they must have just passed through. 

New Red Flag starting soon. or did they head up north of the border to
Cold Lake?
