[MilCom] Osprey at Northeast Philadelphia

Tuesday 9/27 around noon.
STORM 27 (V-22) did several approaches to R15 at KPNE  in both configurations. He 
was being chased by a small red helo. (news?)  Then moved on to the Phila. Naval 
Supply Depot at Oxford ave in Northeast Phila. to do a demo.  First time I got to see the 
Osprey fly and transition his props. I just happen to be making a delivery a beam the 
approach end of R15.  Perfect timing!!!
