[MilCom] Dover NASCAR race

 Just got back from my usual Fall Nascar race at Dover Downs 
Delaware.Tailgating and scanners a must.Good time had by all and was exciting race overall.

 Pre race flyover was CAPS 91 4 F-16's I believe from DC ANG.Entered area on 
Dover appch 257.8750 then to Race Track controller 123.025.
 They nailed first flyover perfect at 1000 feet and asked Did we nail it? Was 
it loud? Affirmative was reply so they did a second West to East over track 
and departed switching to Victor 1 but missed that as had my Nascar scanner 
setup and not my milscan.
 All the choppers for guests camera and police etc were controlled on 
123.025.
June race was 122.900 so changes sometimes.
