[MilCom] Houston TFR - 'Maxim' or 'Maxum'

Many thanks to all who replied - you are right on target with your info.  I
am in San Antonio and the MAXIMS are extremely strong on 271.000.  They were
also up on 282.600.

You're right about the tanker also.
