[MilCom] 117 ACS Discretes?

259.975 and 264.625 seem to be new frequencies in use by the
117th Air Control Squadron, GA Air National Guard at Hunter
AAF in Savannah, GA.  259.975 was found in use last night 
for fighter control and 264.625 was found last in the same use
as well as back in June of this year.  I don't know if they are 
117 ACS Discretes, new Sealord frequencies (the air ops have
been in W-157).  I am leaning towards IDing them as 117 ACS
Discretes at this point because 264.625 was previously used
in June along with 321.200, which is a commonly used 117 ACS
frequency.
