        I want to say that this tropo ducting may not be restricted to
the eastern US, I too have been hearing something that I haven't heard
ever in this area (s.e AZ). I am hearing what appears to be a control
channel for a trunking system for better than a week now, one that I am
sure is not around this area!

391.575 mhz, Anyone have any clue's as to who/where??
