[MilCom] Oceana Static Update Reason for limited statics

I got this email back from
the person below about why
there was only a few statics

The primary reason that we did not have our normal
number of static 
display aircraft was that a number of the scheduled
aircraft simply could 
not get here because of the weather.  From Tuesday
through Friday, 
Hurricane Ophielia was a completely unpredictable
storm and as a result, 
most statics did not want to risk travelling here only
to be sent away or 
potentially be damaged.


I had a feeling that Hurricane Ophielia
would effect incoming planes
