11175.0 was active at 1707z with TEMPORARY (or sounds like; ___RY; good 
levels here with fading) bcsting a 28-character EAM and simulcasting same on 
at least 15016.0 (fair) with nothing heard on 8992.0 or 4724.0. Active since 
at least 1500z with various EAMs.
