[MilCom] NOLA USS IWO JIMA Question

Not seeing anyone answer this and without having seen the video I'll take a
stab at this using a couple of photos I have.

Starting from the bow, the forward mast contains at the top an SPS-48 3D air
search radar, slightly below it what appears to be in the blurred photo an
SPS-64 nav radar, and under it an SPS-67 surface search. I don't see another
one, but it would not be unusual to have a commercial Raytheon or Furuno nav
radar mounted near the pilothouse.

On top of the aft mast is a Mk23 TAS radar, the next platform down holds the
SPN-43 ATC radar, and under it is the SPS-49 air search radar.

It sounds like it was the surface/nav radars rotating. Also, a radar may be
rotating, but not necessarily radiating. The Taiwanese Kidd's moored in
Charleston regularly rotate their 48's, but aren't radiating.
