[MilCom] Felker AAF (Ft Eustis) PMSV Metro?

Not sure what your question is. 239.8 has been an active milcom UHF freq. in
the northeast (MA, NH, NY, CT, VT) for decades (as has the freq 238.9).
Don't see why it couldn't be used in VA as well.

Looking at the latest USIFR supplement, noted is that 134.1, 239.8, 271.6
are listed.  This is not typical.  Anyone know what there's 2 UHF freqs
listed or is the 271.6 the replacement frequency?
