   From Blackhawk pilot Maximo Aviator*: Trunk-turkeys allowing 
'interoperability' among grade school fry cooks, NG motor pool, FD captains, & PD soda 
machine repair techs in place. Tested prior to launch. Didn't crash. Doesn't work 
in first place. Shocking disclosure: HF SSB, VHF Lo, mil V/UHF performing 
beautifully. 
  'Solution?' -90's tech-blat - presspoodles buzzing re 'command and 
control', purchase of more 800/700/900/9800 meg digi-duds assured.
