Heard a DEVIL 03, flt of 2, didn't ID themselves but they were moving low and slow. I got the
feeling maybe heavy helos. They were on 239.275 (Atl App/Dep), then to 268.7(Atl App/Dep) going
from the Rome, Ga area direct THELMA(?, sounded like)
