[MilCom] I am going to need another scanner but which one?

Friends
With my relocating to an area with a whole lot more to monitor,The 
Seattle Washington area. I am going to need at least one more scanner 
.. But which one? I will need a digital scanner as I understand there  
are some military bases in the area that use digital.  So I guess it 
would be a toss up between the Pro96 and  the Uniden 396T ? Any 
thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated .. .Steve
