[MilCom] VHF-Lo MIL, New Orleans Area ?

The freqs that are getting out best are:

282.425  Customs
134.9    Customs
345.0    USCG

 

These guys are perched up pretty high, at least 15,000 ft.

Any word on VHF-Lo?  Looks like some Army guys are using handhelds with big
honkin' antennas.
