07527.0    CS3 (COTHEN Remote Oklahoma  City, OK): 1414 USB/ALE TO J09 (USCG 
MH-60J #6009 CGAS Elizabeth City) then in  voice Camslant w/J09 who reports 
position as 3650N/7512W.
 
11202.0    Camslant: 1429 USB w/CG 2127  (HU-25A  ATC Mobile-not heard). 
Camslant advises CG 2127 that any CG  aircraft operating in the New Orleans area 
should be on 11202.0 MHz and asks CG  2127 to pass the word to other units. At 
1640 CG 2127 reports they are airborne  out of Alexandria LA enroute to ATC 
Mobile w/8 POB.
 
11202.0    Camslant: 1430 USB w/CG 2134  (HU-25A  ATC Mobile-not heard) who 
passes position as  3002N/9000W.
 
11202.0    Camslant: 1431 USB w/CG 2136  (HU-25A  ATC Mobile-not heard) in 
radio checks.
 
08983.0    Camslant: 148 USB w/Rescue 110  (poss HU-25 # 2110) who reports 
position as 3917N/6052W on course 290 degrees  and spd of 205 kts. At 1500 
Rescue 110 gives position as 3859N/60005W on course  o 310 degrees at spd of 200 
kts. Rescue 110 estimates they have completed 75% of  their assigned search.
 
08912.0    OPB (OPBAT Service Center,  Nassau, Bahamas): 1445 USB/ALE TO X52 
(US Army UH-60L tail # 94-26552 2-3rd  AVN-deployed-weak). In voice 52A gives 
position to Panther as 10 nms on heading  of 225 degrees from benchmark Quebec

08983.0    Camslant: 1455 USB w/CG 2005  (HC-130J C130J Aircraft Project 
Office, CGAS Elizabeth City-not heard) who  reports position as 3529N/7837W. 
 
08983.0    Camslant: 1459 USB w/X0V (CG  asset on LE mission-not heard) 
w/radio checks.
 
08912.0    J32 (USCG HH-60J #6032 CGAS  Cape Cod): 1505 USB/ALE & voice 
trying to contact J34 (USCG HH-60J #6034  CGAS Cape Cod) w/no response.
 
05696.0    Camslant: 1507 USB w/CG Rescue  1500 (USCG HC-130H #1500, CGAS 
Elizabeth City) relaying phone number for the CG  District 5 Rescue Coordination 
Center (757-398-XXXX). 
 
18594.0   D45 (CBP P-3 AEW&C #N143CS/BuNo 153447, Corpus  Christi AMB, TX): 
1628 USB/ALE TO CNT ( CBP AMOC Central Regional  Communications Node). The into 
encrypted voice. Also in clear voice, 45CS  w/Hammer (Customs AMICC, March 
AFB, Riverside, CA --not heard) confirming that  call came in from FEMA for 
transport of something/someone to a hospital at  3048N/(?8?)332W. 45CS complains 
to Hammer that the local TFR's are "all screwed  up" and that helos carrying 
ice have been denied landings at Biloxi so the ice  is melting on the ground 
while they try and get things ironed out.  45CS advises Hammer that they are 
working with Oakgrove (SEADS SOCC  ID/Surveillance section, Tyndall AFB, FL) and 
"everyone else" but that the  situation is messed up. At 1642 D45, after ALE 
handshake on 08912.0, in extended  encrypted comms w/probably Hammer.
 
07527.0    45CS (weak): 1658 USB (caught in progress)  w/Coast Guard Command 
Center. 45CS says they are watching the Mississippi area  but that they would 
inform 44CS (CBP P-3 AEW&C #N144CS/BuNo 153446, Corpus  Christi AMB, TX ) who 
is working the Louisiana area. At 1714 45CS informs the  Coast Guard Command 
Center that they will relay their message to the helo  505R but that they are 
having trouble contacting them.The helo is not in  45CS's operating area but in 
Omaha 44's (44CS) area. Service Center  breaks in and advises 45CS to try and 
contact them on one of the VHF FM chnls.  The Coast Guard Command Center 
wanted the helo not to deliver their package but  to divert to the Shell Mat/Map 
then stop off at Air Sta New Orleans before they  RTB.
 
11494.0    D44: 1721 USB/ALE and extended encrypted  voice w/probably Hammer.
 
11494.0    Camslant: 1744 USB w/CG 1716 (HC-130H7 CGAS  Sacramento-deployed) 
who reports they are enroute to deliver water to Air Sta  New Orleans after 
which they will return to Little Rock AFB, their temporary  home.
 
15867.0     45CS: 1748 USB w/Coast Guard Command Center  (not heard) who 
apparently wanted 45CS to relay info to an unknown aircraft the  they were to 
proceed to (?Hammer Jack?) pick up the radio equipment and go on to  Belle Chase. 
At 1824 Service Center connects 45CS w/Command Center at which time  45CS 
informs the Command Center that they have not been able to contact Air Sta  New 
Orleans via any means. Command Center thanks them for trying and says they  will 
try to get Omaha 44 to contact 505R and Air Sta New Orleans. 
 
08912.0    Service Center: 1814 USB/ALE w/718 (HC-130H7  CGAS Sacramento). 
Service Center connects 1718 with an unheard aircraft. CG  1718 reports that 
they have departed from New Orleans and are headed towards San  Antonio TX.and 
provides the other aircraft with landing, parking and other  airport procedures 
at New Orleans. CG 1718 mentions that upon landing the other  aircraft will 
have to contact Kingfish November on 238.65 for taxiing and  parking 
instructions.
