11175.0 was active at 0201z with OFFUTT bcsting two 47-character EAMs 
(PJNXK7; PJWVCU) and one 39-character EAM (PJAW3Q). At 0221z OFFUTT bcst a 
25-character EAM (PJASVP). At least one 47-character EAM was bcst earlier at 
0130z (missed preamble). At 0245z an unknown station (spelled callsign but 
missed it; weak/muffled audio) raised ELMENDORF (unheard here) and passed a 
message (either 2OCC, or maybe 'to OCC' ). He had to repeat it a few times 
to ELMENDORF, and gone.
