[MilCom] JSTARS 03 has in flight problem

It is 5:48pm EDT (2148z).
Moments ago JSTARS 03 announced to Miami Ctr that they had a hydraulic
problem and needed to immediately RTB Melbourne IAP. Then they requested approach
(132.65) give them holding at 10-15 DME on the Melbourne 270 radial; they are
only able to make right turns in the hold.
They just came up with Northrop Grumman Ops on 123.2 and reported that
they have their gear down now, but are still working the problem.
