[MilCom] JSTARS SATCOM up

It is 2:25pm EDT (1825z).
   The JSTARS acft mission crew "Wizard" has been in steady comms with 
Northrop Grumman JSTARS ground station "Terra 5" for several hours on 231.75.  A 
short while ago, Wizard advised they would engage in SATCOM using 266.05 as the 
transmit freq, and 301.55 as the receive freq.  Since then there have been 
steady encrypted comms on 301.55.
