     Here's an HF log from 17 Oct 2005 where the TANGO flight is 
described as a SAM mission which might suggest activity that would 
involve more than POTUS....

1646z  17 Oct 05

      11175.0 was active at 1643z with REACH 559T (aka 59 TANGO; 
fair/weak levels here; id'd as a SAM mission) working ANDREWS (very 
weak/unreadable to unheard) for a phone patch to a DSN 779 number 
("SCOTT"), TACC.
