[MilCom] TERROR/TERRA 21 heading to McGuire

Pretty good cache if its what I think it is.

Maybe the B757-200 from the State Dept FEST.  All white, no markings.  It 
has used the TERRA callsign in the past.  Out of Macdill a lot.  Probably 
didn't want to be there with Wilma around.
