    I'm not sure if reception was aided by inversion or if 1503
    was simply within my normal range, I didn't hear him give
    a location at the time.  I have programmed that frequency
    in a scan bank and will keep an ear out for further activity.
    The previous few nights had seen some great band openings
    but last night wasn't quite as spectacular.
