Blue 32 brought the Retro flight up to Nantucket, Blue 32 was supposed
to hand off the Retro flight to Blue 31, however, Blue 31 was a ground abort
for maintenance problems.  Blue 32 gave the Retro flight enough fuel to
loiter
for about 90 minutes.  At  15:09Z Retro 91 talked to McGuire regarding
status
of Blue 31 and was told they were still troubleshooting Blue 31.   At 15:32Z
Retro 91 called  McGuire and was informed the tanker was not airborne yet.
Retro flt had to divert (to Bangor) at this time and requested McGuire hold
Blue 31.
Retro flt diverted to Bangor at 15:35Z and will coordinate new plan with
tanker task force.
Also, appears the Retro flight is enjoying the foliage in the Northeast.
