**On a side note, the 3 C-17's that landed at Yakima seemed unusual to me, as they usually just do touch
and go's. Note sure why they landed here, but on the ground they were talking to "kingfish papa" on 
138.95, they were using very little "in the clear" comms on that freq. Most of their transmission were  
in what the pilot called "cypher" mode, and all I could hear was a digital type of beep followed by hash. 
So, I guess either they were testing something new, or nobody needed to hear what they were talking about.
