[MilCom] New R-2524 "Echo Range" freq found

An unknown type aircraft flown by a pilot with a very thick accent
(possibly British) just contacted China Control on guard requesting
clearance for Echo Range, China replied with a request for the pilot
to switch to their freq 126.050. So for those collecting freqs the
pair for R-2524 "Echo Range" is 126.050/381.900.
