control anomolies" & was declaring an emergency as
soon as his wingman got on the ground.  SANDY 2 needed
to get on the ground due to fuel "before the runway
closed."  ?Implying possible uncontrolled landing by
SANDY 1?
Both got down safely as far as I could tell, although
it did add for more drama than usual around here.
