and left today, i have no clue what he is, but one of those two is his 
callsign.

Option-703 (125.2)  Not sure what this is, i think Civil.   Land 30L STL 
Downtown Airport

Josa-961 (383.2>125.2>128.25) C-21 Land 32L.

Evac-696 (125.2>118.65) C-9? Land 32L.

As you can see a very slow day, hopefully tomorrow will pick up.
