[MilCom] Software for the Radio Shack PRO-83

Greetings to every one in the list.  Need a little bit of help
here.  I bought a Radio Shack PRO-83.  It is a handy little
radio, relatively inexpensive and fast in the search or scan
mode.  In short it is very good as a backup radio.  It has a jack
for programming and I have the programming cable but have not
been able to get any software for the radio.  I called and send
messages to radio shack to no avail.  They did not even responded
to my msg.  Is there anybody in the reflector that knows of
software to program the 200 channels on this radio.  Thanks for
your help.
