I think this is an excellent example of how we as adults ,just learn to
handle a situation with ANY company, group or individual. Prior to airing
our grievance in public, maybe we should try going through proper channels.

Well, I just would like everyone to know I was a bit hasty in my
negative assestment of Grove Enterprises. I was personally contacted
by Bob Grove and he asked to hear my side of the situation. After
allowing me the opportunity to express my view he promptly resolved
the situation to my complete satisfaction. It appears the whole
problem revolved around miscommunication. It is encouraging to know
that Bob Grove is concerned enough about his customers that he is
willing make a personal effort to ensure excellent customer service.
I have been a longtime customer of Grove Enterprises, Inc. and I am
happy to say I look forward to continuing to be their customer.
