Well JD & the group... I posted my thoughts on the usefulness of these
products in getting the most out of monitoring efforts. Overall with the
new "bundled" CD-ROM's, the original individual cost would be $119.85 versus
$58.90 (adding the product cost & shipping), that's still a saving of
$60.95!!! Various mailorder radio hobby retailers have different shipping
charges policies & hobbyist will just have to make an individual decision
regarding their purchase decisions. Remember that these 3 products bundled
into one (Website http://www.grove-ent.com/FREQMASFILE.html) are presently
"unique" in there isn't any simple "one stop" relatively up-to-date sources
that offer nationwide (worldwide for the SW directory) information as this
product does.
Also as with any business there is an owner/manager & if you have a
complaint/concern I would definitely voice it to the owner.

Well, I got excited when I read your email. I looked in the Grove
Catalog I recently received and found the price for this CD on page 44
in RED ink at $39.95. Unfortunately, when I called to order the CD I
was told the price was incorrect and the new price is $49.95, WOW!!!
They would not honor their catalog price, so I asked if they would
sell me the CD at the $49.95 price, but include the shipping in that
price. NO WAY was the answer!!! You can imagine my disappointment.
It was not my fault they priced their product wrong and all I asked
for was break on the shipping which I was quoted as being $8.95.
