[MilCom] VFA-204 Flyover for NLDS Game 1

  I just spoke with Toolman who is now with 204 (used to be with 203).  He
unfortunately has to do training in Dallas and is not with the guys that
flew in.  There will  be a 4 ship flyby for the game.  He lives in Illinois
and is a Cub's fan so naturally he hates the Braves and told me so again
tonight.  He did say however if the Braves win VFA- 204 will probably do the
flyby for those games as well and he is trying to get in on that one.
